Secret Santa Program

Dear Caregivers (Foster, Relative, Non-relative, Safe Family),

Thank you for submitting a wish to our Secret Santa program! We will do our best to grant every wish but if the wish is not granted we may substitute for a similar item or contact you directly for further direction.

By partaking in the Secret Santa program I agree to:
Make arrangements to pick up the child’s gift per the details below.
And, I will notify Donate4kidz if a child has left my home whom a wish was completed for.
Please pick up the child’s gift at First Christian Church at one of the following times:

• Friday, December 19th between 5:00 and 8:00 pm
• Saturday, December 20th between 12-noon and 7:00 pm

Any gifts not picked up by Saturday, December 20th will be redistributed to others in need. No exceptions will be made for gift acquisitions.
